Terms of Service

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Services. Being under age is never allowed, even with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for making sure that using the Services is legal where you live. Where online gambling or similar games are prohibited or restricted, you must not use the Services. We may block or restrict access from certain countries or regions at any time. If you open an account from a place where this is not allowed, we may suspend or close it.

We may ask you for documents to prove your age, identity or location before you play, deposit, withdraw or receive a prize.

Accounts

Only one account is allowed per person. If we find more than one account for the same person, we may suspend or close all of them and withhold or take back any rewards.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us straight away at support@wagerblox.com if you think someone else is using it. We are not responsible for losses that come from you not keeping your account secure.

Accounts cannot be sold, shared or transferred. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Coins, deposits and withdrawals

The Website uses a virtual balance of "coins". The balance is shown in coins or in US dollars depending on your display setting. Inside the Website a fixed rate is used: 1 coin equals 1/500 of a US dollar. Items and cases shown on the Website are virtual and are used only inside the games. When you win, the value is credited to your balance.

Deposits and withdrawals are made only in Solana (SOL), sent directly on the Solana blockchain. We do not use third-party payment processors. A deposit is converted into coins using the live SOL price at the time it is credited, and a withdrawal is converted from coins back into SOL using the live SOL price at the time it is paid out. Because the SOL price moves, the amount of SOL you receive can be different from the amount you deposited for the same number of coins. Network fees and delays can apply, and the blockchain network is not controlled by us.

We are not responsible for mistakes made by you, such as sending to a wrong address, sending the wrong coin, or sending on the wrong network. Transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed by us. We do not refund a deposit once it has been credited, and a withdrawal that was sent to the address you gave us cannot be taken back.

Withdrawals have limits that can change: a minimum amount per withdrawal, a maximum amount per withdrawal, and a minimum account level (currently level 10). The limits that apply are shown in the withdraw window. You may only deposit from wallets that belong to you. Withdrawals can be delayed or refused while we carry out checks described in our AML Policy.

Your level goes up as you wager. Some features need a minimum level, for example chat, tips and withdrawals. Tips between players have a daily limit.

Games and fairness

The Website offers games such as Case Battles, Blackjack, Towers and Mines, as well as promotions such as rain, rakeback, giveaways, promo codes, rewards and the weekly race. Rules differ from game to game and may change at any time. It is your job to read the rules before you play.

Results are generated by our provably fair system. You can check the seeds and results of your own bets in your history. Interface glitches, delays or display mistakes do not give you a right to a result or an item. If a result was clearly caused by a technical error, we may correct or cancel it.

Playing involves risk and you can lose what you bet. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop and ask for help. You can contact support@wagerblox.com to ask for a break or to close your account.

Promotions, rain, rakeback and the race

Promotions reward active players and can be changed, paused or ended at any time. Rain opens regularly and is funded by the house and by player tips. To join a rain you must have wagered a minimum amount in the last 7 days. When a rain ends, its pool is split equally between everyone who joined in time. Rakeback is a small percentage of what you wager that you can claim. Bonus cases unlock with experience and can be opened once per cooldown period. Race prizes are paid to the top players of the week. Promo codes and giveaways follow the rules shown with them. All amounts are calculated by the system and our records are final.

Affiliates: if you enter an affiliate code you may receive a bonus on deposits, and affiliates earn a percentage of what the players they referred wager. The percentages shown on the Website apply and may change. Affiliate codes may not be used on your own account or on accounts that belong to you or to people you live with.

Abusing a promotion is not allowed. This includes using several accounts, bots, scripts, wash betting, stacking free rewards, tipping yourself between your own accounts or any method that goes against the purpose of the promotion. If we find abuse we may remove rewards, reverse winnings and close accounts.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• give false information, or use a wallet that is not yours;
• open more than one account, share an account, or sell or buy accounts;
• use bots, scripts, automation or any tool that gives you an unfair advantage;
• work together with other players to cheat, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it;
• try to probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer or break into the Website or its systems;
• harass, threaten or scam other users, or spam the chat and promote other sites;
• use the Services for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity;
• use the Services where it is not legal for you to do so.

Suspension and termination

We can suspend, limit or close an account, refuse a withdrawal, or take back rewards at any time if we believe these Terms were broken, if the law requires it, or to protect the Website and other users. You can ask us to close your account at support@wagerblox.com.

Accounts that stay unused for a long time may be closed. Parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue after closing, such as limits of liability and the rules for disputes, will continue.

Mistakes

If a balance, prize or payment is credited to your account by mistake, it stays our property. We may remove it, and if you already withdrew it, you owe it back to us.

Intellectual property and no affiliation

The Website, its design, logos, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Website for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell or reuse it without our written consent.

Wagerblox is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation, its subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks belong to their owners. We do not support logging in with Roblox accounts and we do not exchange Robux.

Third-party links

The Website may link to other sites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranty and limit of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will always be available, error free or free of viruses, or that information on the Website is complete or correct. Nothing on the Website is legal, financial or medical advice.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost data or losses caused by things outside our control such as network failures, attacks, outages of third parties or force majeure. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

You agree to compensate us for losses that come from your breach of these Terms or your illegal use of the Services.

Maintenance and changes

We may carry out maintenance, update, change or stop any part of the Services at any time. We may change these Terms at any time. When we make a change we update the date at the top and the new version applies from the moment it is posted. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept it.

Disputes and governing law

Please contact support@wagerblox.com first so that we can try to solve a problem together in good faith. If we cannot agree after 30 days, the dispute is governed by the laws of Malta and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.

General

These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not use a right right away, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another company. You may not.
